Model B available in Pittsburgh

Hi:
I need some help. I'm new to this website and don't know much about Chambers, but have a model B that is currently being stored in a house that will soon be sold. She's in decent shape, but has not been used for several years. Is she worth selling? As much as I'd like to take her along with me, there's not enough room for storage. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

If it's in anywhere near decent shape, my advice is:
